Initial code commit for version 2.1.0 alpha - 06/03/10

SVN now has committed code for the latest version (2.1.0) with a host of new features etc - all running natively on Joomla 1.5 and 1.6

Note: This is an alpha release and should not yet be used in a production environment.

Beta Testers Wanted!
A new version of gigCalendar is in the works. This new version will be a native Joomla 1.5/1.6 extension and will utilize some cool new features including photos, multiple bands per gig, etc. Michael Moore (not the filmmaker) is coding this version as you read this. David Richards is the enigmatic lead developer for gigCalendar and lives in Williamsburg, VA. He has been coding PHP for a few years and has recently developed an affliction with Ruby on Rails. David has a weekly radio show (Krad radio), produces short video skits (RAWDOD TV) and hosts a staggering number of images, scripts and everything else at his personal website.
